Re: Resolutions of the Board of Directors on the interim dividend payment

To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Pico would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the following resolutions passed by the Board of Director Meeting No. 3/2007, which was held on Friday, 8th June 2007 from 15.00 -17.00 hrs.

The meeting approved the payment of interim dividends from the profits earned from the operating results for 6 months ended April 30, 2007 to the Company's shareholder which named in the shareholder register book on 25th June 2007 at 12.00 noon. The dividend would be paid at the rate of Baht 0.10 per share for the total eligible shares of 114,999,980 shares, totaling Baht 11,499,998.00 (Eleven million four hundred ninety nine thousand nine hundred ninety eight baht). The payment of the interim dividends is scheduled on 3rd July 2007.
