We, Pico (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("Pico"), would like to inform on the resolution of the Board of directors meeting no. 5/2009 held on December 11,2009 to the stock Exchange of Thailand as follow: 

As per the resolution of the Board of directors meeting no. 5/2009 resolved that the company will not pay dividend for the year 2009 since the company has loss from operations.
